Enterprise Privacy Charter & Data Governance Policy
Sovereign Canadian Data Custody Mandate
Pure Sovereign Infrastructure (PSI), an engineered sovereign compute initiative ("PSI", "we", "our"), is committed to absolute data residency and cryptographic privacy. PSI ensures that 100% of customer databases, cryptographic key material, transactional ledgers, network traffic, and backup archives are physically hosted on bare-metal hardware inside Canadian provincial borders.
All data processing complies strictly with the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), applicable provincial privacy frameworks (including Alberta PIPA, BC PIPA, and Quebec Law 25), and principles of Indigenous Data Sovereignty (OCAP®) where client mandates apply.
Canadian Jurisdictional Governance & Legal Process
PSI’s infrastructure is operated by a Canadian-incorporated entity with physical ownership and operational control over our compute, storage, and networking fabric in Canada:
- Domestic Legal Process: PSI responds to law enforcement or regulatory disclosure requests strictly in accordance with valid Canadian judicial orders and applicable Canadian law.
- Zero Unvetted Telemetry: Our operating systems, container runtimes, and microservices are compiled without third-party analytics trackers, advertising beacons, or synthetic vendor telemetry daemons.
- Zero Commercial Data Monetization: We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade client data, network traffic metadata, or behavioral analytics under any circumstance.
Information Collection & Scope of Processing
We collect only the minimal data strictly required to provision, secure, and invoice enterprise compute and infrastructure hosting services:
Account & Administrative Data
Organization name, designated administrative contacts, business billing email, authorized SSH public keys, and corporate payment verification records via PCI-DSS certified payment processors.
Operational & Network Telemetry
Volumetric bandwidth consumption, CPU/RAM utilization metrics, edge HTTP status codes, and transient security incident logs used exclusively for DDoS mitigation and SLA enforcement.
Multi-Tenant Isolation & Cryptographic Boundaries
PSI enforces clear, auditable isolation models tailored to customer compliance classifications:
- Commercial Managed Tiers: Multi-tenant database deployments enforce strict, kernel-level PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) policies and session variable scoping. Cross-tenant queries are blocked deterministically by database constraints.
- Enterprise Bare-Metal Enclaves & 42U Racks: High-assurance customers receive physically dedicated compute slices, dedicated PostgreSQL database instances, and dedicated S3 storage buckets with zero co-tenancy.
On-Premise AI & BOB Inference Privacy
PSI’s autonomous platform engine (BOB — Business Operating Buddy) and enterprise AI inference instances operate exclusively within isolated local hardware VRAM enclaves.
Client database contents, inventory records, and administrative prompts processed by BOB are never transmitted to external API providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or foreign foundation model providers) and are never utilized to train public foundation models.
Data Ownership & Cryptographic Eradication
Clients retain 100% intellectual property, legal title, and ownership of all customer records, databases, and code hosted on PSI. Upon verified service termination:
- Clients are granted an air-gapped data export window of thirty (30) calendar days.
- Upon conclusion of the migration window, all allocated storage blocks undergo cryptographic erasure conforming to NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 1 media sanitization standards.
